Terms of Service

Tryuu is a platform that helps users discover experiences, businesses, and opportunities through the Tryuu community. Tryuu connects users with participating businesses and enables businesses to share experiences, offers, and information with users.

Tryuu does not own, operate, or guarantee the quality of experiences provided by participating businesses unless expressly stated.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using Tryuu.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity associated with your account.

Tryuu reserves the right to refuse registration, restrict access, or limit account availability at its discretion.

You agree to use Tryuu responsibly and respectfully.

You may not:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
• Abuse, manipulate, or exploit Tryuu’s features;
• Reserve experiences you do not intend to attend;
• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users, businesses, or Tryuu representatives;
• Attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Platform;
• Use Tryuu for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Tryuu reserves the right to take action against behavior that negatively impacts the Platform or community.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, including but not limited to:

• Experience descriptions;
• Images;
• Availability;
• Dates and times;
• Requirements;
• Location details;
• Any limitations or conditions.

Tryuu may review, edit, format, update, modify, remove, or reorganize business content to improve accuracy, consistency, quality, compliance, user experience, or Platform integrity.

This may include modifications to text, images, categories, scheduling information, experience details, and other submitted materials.

Tryuu does not guarantee that any experience will remain available or unchanged.

Tryuu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts;
• Restrict access to the Platform;
• Remove, modify, or disable content;
• Cancel or limit reservations;
• Restrict participation in experiences;
• Take any other action necessary to protect Tryuu, users, businesses, or the integrity of the Platform.

Such actions may occur with or without notice where permitted by law.

Tryuu may take action for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, conduct that disrupts the experience of others, suspected fraudulent activity, safety concerns, or any behavior that Tryuu determines is inconsistent with its standards.

When you reserve an experience through Tryuu, you agree to attend as intended and follow any instructions provided by Tryuu or the participating business.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, misuse of reservations, or behavior that negatively affects businesses or other users may result in restrictions or removal from the Platform.

Businesses may establish reasonable participation requirements and venue policies.

Businesses using Tryuu agree that:

• Information provided must be accurate and current;
• Experiences must be delivered as described;
• Users must be treated respectfully;
• Businesses must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Tryuu may remove businesses or experiences that do not meet Platform standards.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Tryuu.

By submitting content, you grant Tryuu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and publish that content for operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Platform.

This includes the ability to edit, format, resize, optimize, translate, or otherwise modify submitted content.

Tryuu provides access to experiences offered by independent businesses.

Tryuu is not responsible for:

• Business operations;
• Quality of services;
• Safety of experiences;
• Availability;
• Changes or cancellations by businesses.

Any issues regarding an experience should first be addressed with the applicable business, although Tryuu may assist where appropriate.

Tryuu provides the Platform on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryuu makes no guarantees regarding:

• Availability of experiences;
• Accuracy of information;
• Business performance;
• User outcomes;
• Continuous or uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryuu and its affiliates, employees, partners, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Your use of Tryuu is at your own risk.

Tryuu may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using Tryuu at any time.

Tryuu may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
